Digital Equipment Corporation of the U.S. (DEC), is to acquire a 10 percent holding in ISG Software Industries Ltd of Haifa. Terms of the deal call for DEC, through an Israeli subsidiary and pursuant to a non-exclusive distribution agreement with the company (ISG), to market and support two ISG software packages, namely, APTOOLS and APTUSER, under DEC's own logo and utilizing DEC's worldwide distribution channels.
