NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 12, 1997--Pivot Rules Inc. (NASDAQ:PVTR, PVTRW/BSE:PVR,PVRW) announced today that it has signed a licensing agreement with Royal Sporting House Pte Limited to market Pivot Rules branded sportswear in Hong Kong.

Royal Sporting House is an operator of 250 retail sporting goods and fashion stores worldwide.

Royal Sporting House already distributes Pivot Rules sportswear in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brunei. Pivot Rules awarded the licensee the exclusive rights to the important Hong Kong market in view of Royal Sporting House's increasing presence in the Far East.
