Advisory Board Members

Paul Wray, Ph.D., is Chairman of PharmQuest.com's Advisory Board. Dr. Wray is a recognized expert and consultant to the worldwide health care industry. Dr. Wray serves as a technical advisor to several large drug companies with a major focus on Pre-Approval Inspections. Previously, Dr. Wray was Senior Director of Process Development at Johnson & Johnson. Prior to J & J, he was Director at Ortho Pharmaceutical and Wyeth Labs. He is an adjunct professor at Rutgers University College of Pharmacy. Dr. Wray holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Shabbir Anik, Ph.D., M.B.A., is Vice President of Global Pharmaceutical Development at Patheon, a contract services organization to the Pharmaceutical industry. Previously, Dr. Anik was a Vice President at Syntex and Oread.

Shekar Ayyar, Ph.D., M.B.A, is Vice President of Business Development at Instantis, an ASP delivering a compeling infrastructure service to small and medium businesses. Prior to Instantis, Dr. Ayyar was Director of Global Strategic Alliances at Lucent Technologies.

Douglas Flanagan, Ph.D., is a Professor of Pharmaceutics at the University of Iowa. Dr. Flanagan was key to the creation of the Center for Advanced Drug Development (CADD).

Anthony Hunt, Ph.D., is a Professor of Biopharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Hunt is Chairman of the UC Biotech STAR Program.

Meggi Raeder, Ph.D., is the President of Regulatory Solutions. Dr. Raeder was a Regulatory Program Director at Syntex, and Director of Clinical & Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Celtrix.

Lynda Sanders, Ph.D., is a consultant in the area of Pharmaceutical Development. Dr. Sanders was Director of Drug Delivery Research at Syntex and President of the Controlled Release Society.

Gordon Saul, M.B.A., is Senior Vice President of Business Development & Marketing at PowderJect. Mr. Saul was Director of Commercial Development at ALZA.
