Palladium Communications Changes Name to Peak Entertainment Holdings, Inc.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 20, 2003

Palladium Communications has changed its name and will be trading as Peak Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:PKEH), according to Wilf Shorrocks, CEO and Co-Founder of the company.

Recently, Palladium Communications acquired the company and has officially changed the company's name to Peak Entertainment.
