KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Two new, low-cost, entry-level diamond concrete polishing packages are being introduced today by Concrete Polishing Solutions (CPS), the twin product division to Perfect Polish, the largest and oldest U.S. concrete polishing firm.

The two concrete polishing packages are each based around a 17-inch and 20-inch Minuteman Front Runner(TM) buffer-polishers. These ruggedly built polishers are designed for small applications such as home basements, garages, foyers, etc. Other package components include: a walk-behind 2.5 horsepower Minuteman(TM) wet vacuum with a 20 gallon dry-17 gallon wet capacity; a 17- or 20-inch velcro drive plate, and three to five diamond velcro segments depending on grit and type.

The CPS distributed products feature adjustable handles from the operator position, 1 1/2 horsepower with either 110v or 240v motors, 175 rpm or dual-speed 175-300rpm, 3.5 gallon solution tanks, and 50 foot electrical cords for reaching long distances, and more.

The CPS polishers feature a strong cast aluminum housing and heavy duty bumpers to prevent walls and the machines from possible damage. Each features enclosed 4-1/2-inch wheels. The polishers also have dual safety interlocks to avoid unintentional start-ups, however, the machines can be started up from either the left or right handle position. The ergonomically-designed handles are positioned for operator comfort while reducing user fatigue.

The basic CPS 17-inch single-speed concrete polishing package has a suggested list price of $4,999, while the CPS 20-inch single-speed package has a suggested list price of $6,499. For dual-speed polishers, please add $200 to the package price selected.
