Pamela Rosenthal, senior marketing and customer insight professional, contributes community building expertise to company bringing school communities online

Rosenthal is a senior marketing and consumer insights professional with more than 15 years of experience. She was an early employee of Communispace, a pioneering consumer software and services company that builds and manages online customer communities for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Communispace, she was a Vice President at Digitas, one of the world's leading interactive agencies and the largest buyer of online media. Her areas of specialty include marketing communications, customer loyalty strategy, segmentation, branding, customer satisfaction, new product development and services marketing. She is also a professional focus group moderator.
Previously, Rosenthal held research positions at United Airlines, Bank of America and Lieberman Research Worldwide. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
