Water co. fights govt. overpayments.

Consolidated Water, which owns water utilities across the Caribbean, is fighting the government here over payments for water from a desalinization plant, said Barron's (Dec. 24, 2007). The government wants to buy the plant, which removes salts from sea water, but discussions have dragged on over
