outsourcing contract worth more than $2 million with HTE. Under the two-year contract, HTE will continue to handle all of East Point's information technology (IT) needs including AS/400 support, network administration and technical support, site-management and help desk support. The city estimates saving $250,000 in fiscal year 2000 - 2001 as a result of the agreement. The initial agreement, signed in 1999, included HTE's Total Enterprise Solution(R) of integrated software applications as well as outsourcing services.
