Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC(TM)) Recognizes Intraco for
Outstanding Achievement in Customer Relationship Management
Intraco Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:INSY), a leading voice application service provider (Voice ASP) specializing in Voice-Powered Websites(TM), voice enablement, and speech recognition technologies, today announced that it had received the 2000 CRM Excellence Award from Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC(TM)). The award is in recognition of Intraco's outstanding achievement in the field of network-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and on-line electronic CRM (eCRM). Intraco delivers telephony and CRM services through a centralized Virtual Office ASP data center model.
Intraco's leading edge solutions extend sales force automation, call centers, help desks and other CRM capabilities to all locations within an organization, including remote offices and telecommuters. A company can choose to have these solutions installed through traditional on-site integration or they can access them on a subscription basis from one of Intraco's Virtual Office ASP data centers.
Customers who choose the Virtual Office ASP option no longer have to make large capital investments in CRM and telephony technology, they simply subscribe to Virtual Office services and pay on a monthly or per user basis. Virtual Office ASP subscribers also don't have to worry about technology upgrades and support; these functions are delivered by Intraco as a service.
"Our editors selected Intraco Systems for their innovation and vision, as well as for the outstanding impression they've made amongst market constituents," said Rich Tehrani, president and group editor-in-chief of Technology Marketing Corporation. "The CRM Excellence award is designed to honor companies with innovative products that have furthered Customer Relationship Management. We are pleased to award Intraco our highest honor in recognizing their exemplary contribution to the industry."
Intraco offers a suite of call center and sales force automation products and services that efficiently answer and route customer calls. CRM solutions from Intraco provide customer services and support, order entry, sales forecasts, and other features that automate functions and improve customer contact through the use of network-based resources. Paul Baron, Director of the CTI Business Unit for Intraco Systems, received the award at the recent Communications Solutions Expo in Washington, D.C.
"The CRM Excellence Award demonstrates Intraco's commitment to providing the finest IT solutions to enterprise customers through both expert on-site integration and through our innovative Virtual Office ASP model," noted Walt Nawrocki, CEO of Intraco Systems. "Our CRM solutions are integral pieces of our suite of leading telephony, CTI, and voice-enabled products that automate a company's sales functions and extend full office communications to mobile and remote users."
TMC is a publisher of C@llCenter CRM Solutions(TM) and Communications Solutions(TM) magazines. Judging was based on overall contributions to the refinement of CRM, with an emphasis on technologic innovation and product feature sets. Intraco's award will be featured in the June issue of C@LL CENTER CRM SOLUTIONS(TM) and the July issue of Communications Solutions(TM).
