Skanska USA Building Inc. announced in December 2003 that it has named Larry Casey corporate senior vice president of sales, a new position.
Casey joins Skanska from Centex Rooney Construction Company, where he served for the past 17 years in a senior business development position. He also chaired the Centex Construction Group of Companies' Business Development Advisory Group for the past 10 years.
While with Centex, Casey is credited with implementing a variety of effective sales processes, including proposal development, facilitative selling, presentation training, strategic account management, client feedback programs, and a customer relationship management (CRM) program.

Casey holds a degree in building construction from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is a member of several industry organizations, including the CMAA, SMPS, DBIA, NAIOP, COAA, and others.
