Prosodie Interactive, a market leader in IVR and enhanced services solutions, today announced the recent release of its next generation interface; a complete redesign of the web based subscriber interface for Prosodie Interactive's FasTrack messaging virtual inbox and account administration.

The new interface's interactive Online Users Guide allows you to go straight to the feature for which you want more information by simply clicking on the title within the Table of Contents. New interface functionality, such as the ability to tell FasTrack which background colors you would like to see when logged into your virtual inbox, is another example of how Prosodie Interactive strives to empower subscribers to configure the system features and functionality to suit the subscriber's preferences. Also, you can now create folders to better manage your faxes and voicemails, and tell FasTrack which of these folders you would like to log into when entering your FasTrack telephone number and pass code.
