During the course of his tenure with IFI, Colletta developed highly-effective procedures for purchasing, receiving, inventory control, accounts payable and accounts receivable. He was involved in extensive liaison with senior management, banks, lenders and vendors. While at IFI, he was credited with successfully managing the company's receivables, credit and collections and facilitating its sound fiscal condition. His responsibilities at IFI also encompassed various Human Resources functions, including training initiatives, benefit plan negotiations and trusteeship of the company's 401(k) plan. Colletta received his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting from Briarcliffe College.
