CHICAGO -- Zacks.com releases the latest Analyst Interview. Today's interview is with senior market analyst Charles Rotblut, who discusses W-H Energy (NYSE:WHQ), Belden CDT (NYSE:BDC), Commscope (NYSE:CTV) and British Airways (NYSE:BAB).
A synopsis of today's Analyst Interview
Since you provide industry analysis on a weekly basis, could you tell us groups look good to you right now?
Sure, I remain bullish on Oil Services. Oil prices are staying at elevated levels, which is resulting in sustained spending on maintenance and capital projects. W-H Energy (NYSE:WHQ) is a Zacks #1 Rank stock and our oil analyst, Sheraz Mian, has a Buy rating on the stock.
Cable and Wire companies, such as Belden CDT (NYSE:BDC) and Commscope (NYSE:CTV), are continuing to enjoy pricing power. Plus, it looks like cable television companies are going to invest in infrastructure improvements, which means more wires being put into the ground.
Some of the airline stocks could offer a good trading opportunity. There remain real risks with the industry, so investors need to use caution. That said, earnings estimates on British Airways (NYSE:BAB) were rising before the foiled terrorist attack.
