and dialing a toll-free number. However, behind this sophisticated phone network we've made a tremendous investment in training and personnel at our brand new facility in Louisville, KY. This new national center was created to serve both dealers and manufacturers. Dealers can connect with one of more than 30 specialists on hand every business day and manufacturers can train our specialists in a large, state-of-the-art training facility, in just one visit! How's that for efficiency!

The 55,000 square foot facility offers our systems personnel handson training in the sale and support of new and existing technologies. "The goal of the new Systems Support Center is to help dealers expand their business base," explains Doug Hoerle, Director of the center. "Our facility is capable of handling multi-media training, as well as specialized training labs targeted towards both the commercial and residential markets," says Hoerle. "Getting trained on future products and applications, just as the technology is about to hit the streets, is a key to helping our systems sales and support team deliver this vital information to our customers. For example, training on new products such as digital systems, networks and IP addressable cameras will be highlighted m at the center."
