Tim Kemp leads development of work/life content and program development for the BeyondWork's Worksite Virtual Marketplace(TM). Over the last 12 years, Tim has created a strong record of "firsts" in the online service and financial products offerings at First Chicago, First USA and Bank One.
Kemp established First Direct, a 24-hour U.S. telephone banking service; pioneered the first banking offers with America Online and Prodigy; launched the first Internet brokerage service by a major bank; developed and marketed an employee services portal for First USA; and, most recently, started a division that provides e-business capabilities to small and middle-sized companies. Tim received a B.S. from DePaul University, College of Commerce, and a MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Keith Chreston joins BeyondWork with over twenty years in corporate finance and operations experience with technology and Internet companies. Chreston is responsible for finance, accounting, customer service, order fulfillment and inventory management. Prior to joining BeyondWork, Chreston was CFO at iBuyLine, Inc., an Internet software retailer. Prior to that, Chreston was CFO for RSA Security, the leading Internet security provider. Chreston has also served as a consultant to Intuit and SuperMac Technology, among others. Keith is a CPA, and was formerly an auditor with Ernst & Young. He has an MBA from Saint Mary's College.

In addition, BeyondWork has relocated its corporate offices at the Regency One Towers in Santa Clara. With more than 13,000 sq. ft. in office space, the company plans to grow rapidly to meet demand for its benefits programs throughout the United States.
