Lean six sigma black belt symposium a success.(Naval Supply Systems Command)

The Naval Supply Systems command (NAVSUP) Lean Six Sigma Program Office recently hosted the first annual Black Belt Symposium held at the NOLSC Town Hall, Naval Station, Norfolk, Va. Over 50 participants attended the event and included Black Belt representatives from NAVSUP, Naval Sea Systems Command, and Naval Air Systems Command, as well as guests from Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Logistics (DASN(L)), and the George Group.

The symposium marked the first official gathering of the NAVSUP Black Belt community,
