When Escondido car dealer Jeanelle Brecht was informed that her office manager and assistant manager were pregnant and would have their children some six weeks apart, she knew she had to do something.

The idea of having to do three jobs at some point prompted her to look into setting up a day-care nursery on site. But, after she realized all the renovations and expenses involved in such a facility, she decided to go with what she called Plan B.
