RADM Robert E. Cowley III, Commander, Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) and CAPT Arlis Ethridge, NEXCOM's Deputy for Military Services, recently recognized Navy Lodge associates and activities for their excellence in customer services and quality of facilities for 2005.
