REDMOND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 1998--Mosaix, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOSX) today announced new multi-country international dialing features for the Mosaix Call Management System, a critical capability for companies attempting to expand their global market reach. Conventional predictive dialing

systems require companies to establish separate operations for international campaigns, and many systems cannot handle the dialing pattern requirements of multi-country campaigns (i.e. U.S. and U.K. calls in a single system). The enhanced Mosaix Call Management System enables call centers to manage complex, multi-country calling campaigns from a single location. In addition, the new enhancements make it possible for call centers to automatically manage the variables -- such as time zone, area code, phone prefix, and language considerations -- involved in international telemarketing and collections campaigns.

The new Mosaix Multi-Country Dialing feature enables call center managers to start one campaign at any time and the system will automatically dial only legal time zones for each designated country in the campaign, regardless of whether the customer's number is for a home or office. The system's intelligent routing capabilities direct customer calls and associated records from specific countries to agents who speak the native language of the customer.

Using the power of ISDN, call center managers can start a single campaign and dial into multiple countries. This makes it easier to analyze and report on the overall campaign across multiple countries, as well as monitor individual call center agents.

The Multi-Country Dialing feature is available immediately and included with the 9.0.5 version of the Mosaix Call Management System. Pricing for the Call Management System starts at approximately $100,000.
