"1to1 Institute", a five-day CRM seminar led by Don Peppers, Bob Dorf and a senior team of Peppers and Rogers Group consultants will be held January 16-20, 2000 at the Prudential Center for Learning and Innovation

in Norwalk , Connecticut. The intensive, interactive seminar is designed for executives currently working with one-to-one principles and strategies. Combining a heady mix of guest speakers, consultant presentations, case studies, team building and peer review, the format enables participants to focus 24 hours-a-day on turbo-charging their one-to-one programs. Enrollment will be strictly limited for optimal interaction with presenters and consultants.

"We have created an environment in which executives will learn more about CRM as a discipline and be able to exchange thoughts and ideas with others involved in implementing similar programs," said Don Peppers. "Attendees will have the opportunity to work on their own one-to-one initiatives in a personalized way."

The program is designed specifically for advanced marketing, sales, customer relationship and information technology professionals at enterprises that are just beginning to implement or are in the early stages of one-to-one initiatives. The program's agenda is based upon Peppers and Rogers Group's unique methodology, which leverages technology to treat different customers differently - giving each customer a powerful incentive to buy more today, and return tomorrow to buy again..

In addition, attendees of the 1to1 Institute will learn change management techniques for creating a 1to1 enterprise, how one-to one efforts impact Human Resource departments, and how to address the various roadblocks that are sure to challenge a one-to-one journey.
