James T. Voss, President of PalmWorks, Inc. announced today that PalmWorks has agreed to acquire PDA Data, of Seattle, Washington. PDA Data provides internet billing and customer service functions utilizing the powerful Covault billing platform.

Along with providing full support services for it's parent company PalmWorks, Inc., PDA Data will offer it's customer fulfillment and billing management services to third party Independent Software Vendors who wish to make their applications available on the PalmWorks Network.
