Mr. Grewal will continue to serve as a special advisor to Ashutosh Roy, eGain's Chairman and CEO. Eric Smit, who is currently the VP of Finance and Operations and has been a senior member of management since inception, will be assuming the role of CFO upon Mr. Grewal's departure.
