Merkle Appoints Pierre Charchaflian as Vice President, Client Management Services.

management services. In this position, Charchaflian will be responsible for overseeing database marketing strategy and program execution for Merkle's catalog and retail accounts.

Charchaflian brings more than 10 years of experience in marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) to his new position, and has worked closely with Fortune 500 clients in catalog and retail markets to design, build, and leverage customer information to improve business performance.

Prior to joining Merkle, Charchaflian served as senior vice president of strategic marketing services at another leading provider of database marketing services. Prior to that, he co-founded DiaLogos, a Boston-based CRM consulting firm, where he helped grow the firm from three to over 100 employees in five years. Charchaflian also served as a senior consultant in the customer development group at Lochridge and Company, a spin-off of the Boston Consulting Group.
