Forsythe Solutions Group Inc., a 33-year old national provider of technology infrastructure services, has named Victor J. Fricas to the post of vice president of services operations, to help drive the continued growth

Fricas, age 54, brings over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, many of them spent in executive management roles. In recent years, Fricas served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Alternative Resources Corporation, a technology solutions and staffing firm; and prior to that, as a senior vice president of operations at Rosemont, Ill.-based Comdisco, where he had management responsibility for a team of over 500 IT professionals.
