Balance Learning was founded in 2002 by Chris Horseman, former president of McGraw-Hill Lifetime Learning and Xebec Interactive Learning. Horseman and his executive team have been focusing on research, development and internationally field testing blended learning solutions from the company's UK office. Balance Learning provides training in areas such as leadership, customer service, performance coaching, influencing and presentation skills, using a process that integrates online learning with traditional instructional approaches and incorporates unique follow-on activities to reinforce learning.
