Valocity Names Jeff Cole Key Account Specialist; Cole to Enhance Client Relationships.
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Valocity, the nation's fastest growing valuation solutions provider, announced at the 92nd Annual Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Convention & Expo that the company named Jeff Cole key account specialist for Sales and Client Services. Cole's primary focus is to ensure client needs are met in a timely, professional and appropriate manner.
In this position, Cole will work with business development, accounting and customer service on client development. He will serve as the primary liaison with clients, building relationships with key decision makers to effectively communicate Valocity's mission of offering valuation solutions that expedite and streamline the appraisal process. Additionally, Cole will play an integral role in marketing campaign design as well as facilitate enhancements to communications, tools, capabilities and product lines. Prior to his appointment as key account specialist, Cole was Valocity's program representative, working on new business development initiatives that enabled Valocity to quickly grow its customer base of lenders and appraisers.
