Oct. 20--BLACHLY, Ore. -- After a year of acrimonious board meetings and red-painted signs along Highway 36 reading "No Merger," Blachly-Lane Electric Cooperative members voted overwhelmingly Saturday not to join with the larger, Eugene-based Lane Electric Cooperative.
