Invite Your Customer to Pay Your Emailed QuickBooks Invoices by Credit Card
This post is for QuickBooks users who also subscribe to Intuit Merchant Services. When you email a customer invoice you can include a link for them to pay online by credit card. I am going to walk you though the customer steps to pay their bill online.
This post is for QuickBooks users who also subscribe to Intuit Merchant Services. When you email a customer invoice you can include a link for them to pay online by credit card. I am going to walk you though the customer steps to pay their bill online.
We start with the email received by the customer as shown below.
They can select the pdf attachment to view their invoice.
Notice that there is a link at the bottom of the email. When the customer clicks on that link they begin the payment process.
If the customer has already signed up to pay you online, they simply enter their email address and a password. If not, they can create their own account as depicted in the series of pictures below.
Once they have created or logged in to their existing account, you customers can see all outstanding invoices.
If you can make payment quickly if you have previously saved your credit in this secure account. If not enter your credit card information and select pay now.
