ST. LOUIS, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MARCH 13, 2000

ISP Business Forum, the nation's only association dedicated to the business needs of Internet Service Providers, will hold events in St. Louis to teach

ISPs how to improve all of the systems that support and improve customer service.

The events will feature keynote speaker Mike Gaddis, CEO of CoreExpress and former CTO of Savvis.

On April 12 the ISP Business Forum will host a free cocktail reception for both members and nonmembers to network with their peers from 6pm-8pm. On April 13, they will hold a seminar on "Internal Operations" addressing the requirements necessary to successfully manage back office operations systems essential to complete management of the business from ordering, to provisioning to billing to customer care.

Both the Free Cocktail Reception and the seminar will be held at the

Lakeside Chalet - Sheraton West Port Hotel, located at 191 Westport Plaza Drive in St. Louis. The April 13th luncheon will be sponsored by

TMNG, expert consultants in the field of Operations Support Systems,

with a keynote by their CEO, Rich Nespola. To register, access the
