with its wholly-owned subsidiary, InnovaTeam in Bangalore, India will offer a turnkey business process outsourcing (BPO) solution for back-office insurance processing. The new service leverages: 1) R2K's years of technical expertise in imaging and workflow with proven solutions for insurance; and 2) a reliable offshore deployment methodology to reduce costs, yet maintain quality. The scanned documents are indexed and archived on optical disk to facilitate business continuation and disaster recovery.
