PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Egypt-based ORASCOM CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES (OCI) is currently planning to invest $172,000,000 in order to build a new white cement plant in western Algeria. Construction plans under consideration call for building a complex with an installed production capacity of 550,000 tons per year.
