Frutarom Foods Buys British Division Of Aromas.(Aromas Ltd. sells division to Frutarom Ltd.

The Israeli food flavoring company Frutarom based in Haifa, decided it liked the smell, flavor and aroma of UK based Aromas Ltd. when it agreed to purchase that company's ingredient' division for $16 million. Frutarom is already active in the UK food market and plans on merging its new UK purchase from Aromas with its current production facilities in the UK.
