Technologies for Business Integration

Mercator Software(R), Inc. (Nasdaq: MCTR) today announced that David Linthicum, CTO, will be speaking at the Gartner

Group Conference "Application Integration: Moving Toward Total Business Integration" on Thursday, May 17th at 9:45 a.m. at the San Francisco Marriott. Mr. Linthicum will be taking a forward-looking approach to one of the most compelling areas of integration in his presentation entitled "Moving to the Future of B2B Application Integration."

A widely respected authority on Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and B2B Application Integration, Mr. Linthicum has 15 years of experience in the integration technology industry. At Mercator, Linthicum is responsible for driving Mercator's technology vision; directing all product development efforts and the development team; working with the sales force on strategic customer relationships; and supporting corporate initiatives including M&A activities.

More than seven hundred IT professionals are expected to be in attendance at the conference, which runs from May 16-18, 2001.
