INCREASED POLITICAL radicalism, RISING crime and corruption, pirating of intellectual property, and military conflicts were among the top security challenges confronting U.S. businesses, non-governmental organizations and academic institutions operating abroad in 2006, according to a yearend analysis by the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC).
