PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 2004
Binswanger/CBB announced today that Aramark Corporation, the global provider of customized managed services, has signed a multi-million dollar lease for more than 300,000 square feet for 15 years at the Aramark Tower
"Aramark, led by its Executive Chairman Joseph Neubauer, has taken the lead in deciding to remain in Philadelphia, which, in our view, makes this one of the most significant major lease transactions in the city. Aramark is one of the most admired corporations in the United States and this represents a huge commitment to both the city and the state--particularly in light of the extremely strong outside competition to win this keynote transaction," said Clive G. Mendelow, Vice-Chairman of Binswanger/CBB, who represented Aramark along with John K. Binswanger, Chairman.
Aramark is one of the region's largest and most successful employers and over the last 40 years they have built strong relationships with thousands of clients in 18 countries around the world, providing leadership positions in food and support services, and uniform and apparel services.
Headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, Binswanger/CBB is a member of Chesterton Blumenauer Binswanger, an international full-service real estate organization with over 160 offices worldwide throughout the U.S.A., Canada, Mexico and South America, the U.K. and Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
