VIDEO: A Room with a View

Have you ever considered paying extra for a room with a fabulous view of the mountains or the beach, or some other breathtaking spectacle of nature?  Hotels have an extremely "loose" definition of "room with a view."  Recently on my trip to Denver, I received an email from their virtual concierge and I was allowed to check the box requesting a "Room with Mountain View."  I confirmed on arrival that my room was indeed "equipped" with a mountain view.  Sort of… Check out the actual view!

Bottom line?  Ask if you can take a quick walk up with the Concierge to actually see this view before you pay for it!
