The system, due to be implemented in May, will cover all business processes, including installation and maintenance. All 300 Denman employees will have access to Infor's solution in one way or another - office based staff through their desk tops, site-based operatives through their PDAs, and field service managers will have access through laptops and 3G cards whilst mobile.'

Mike Spragg, head of Infor Service Management in the UK, said the system will provide Denman with 'the tools for enhanced operational visibility and service management, ultimately resulting in improved customer service'.

He added that although the solution is currently a precise fit to Denman's requirements its architecture, it 'will enable the company to adapt to any future changes without the need for bespoke programming or software upgrades.'
