Salon owner marks 30 years.(marketing)

There's one guy in Everett who the mayor, politicians, attorneys, corporate leaders and the well to do are always willing to talk to, and that's Zeb Cobbs, longtime hair stylist and owner of Zebedee's Scientific Hair Salon.

Cobbs has been in the lock lopping trade in Everett since 1974, when he and Lee Clark opened The Navigator Inc., so named because of the waterfront feel of the city. The Navigator was across the street from the city's mirrored Wall Street building and a stroll away from the county administration building where he drew a large chunk of his business.
