TripWare OutBook Plugin for Outlook 2007 May Help Busy Business Owners
This new Outlook 2007 plugin can book travel, car and hotel arrangements directly from Outlook.
When you travel a lot, finding a way to shave a few minutes off travel tasks is a real win. It takes a lot of time to search for flights, book a car and hotel when you already have a million things to do.
So here's something that might help. It's called TripWare OutBook and it's a plugin for Outlook 2007.
According to a recent press release, OutBook will allow you to plan, book, and manage your entire business trip needs in one familiar place -- Microsoft Outlook 2007. Dean M. Wright, VP of marketing for Tripware says, "Our business travelers can plan a meeting and book a trip in less than three minutes using Tripware OutBook's preferred booking option. There is no need to visit multiple websites, itinerary aggregators, or speak to a travel agent."
I haven't used this plugin, but it looks pretty handy. You can take a tour to see how it works by viewing their online video. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this tool. If you use TripWare, please leave me a comment below to tell me what you think about it.
