News/Assignment Desks
ADVISORY...for Saturday (Feb. 15)
--(BUSINESS WIRE)
WHAT: Alan Miller will be hosting a public lecture series
entitled: Survival of Dreams. Mr. Miller is the author of
the novel, The Earthkeeper of Dean Gardens,
Executive
Producer of the television series, American Profile,
award-winning designer and public advocate. The evening's
event will be taped for broadcast and distributed for
television and internet media.
SUBJECT: Mr. Miller's lecture series explores the dynamics of
the emerging twenty-first century Christian paradigm,
targeting issues surrounding addiction, our local and
national economy, and the restructure of the post 9/11
family and corporate culture.
"The resurgence of family values as a direct result of 9/11
has been reflected in our corporate culture and felt on
Wall Street. Traditional capital investments are now
traditional capital divestments. Home, family and local
communities are becoming America's focus. The pulse of our
nation can be felt in our churches, our synagogues and
through proactive individuals in their neighborhoods. It's
not that our economy is doing poorly, but the economy's
profile has changed and America's corporate culture is
struggling to find it's way in the new paradigm," stated
Miller in a recent interview.
