Root Learning Named to List of ''Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in...

MAUMEE, Ohio -- Root Learning, Inc., a strategic learning company that engages and connects people to create results, was today named among the top 50 "Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America." Root Learning placed 20th on the list, which was announced this morning during

the Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) 58th Annual Conference and Exposition in Washington, D.C.

The list, which is developed by the Great Place to Work(R) Institute and is now in its third year, is one of the most respected measures of workforce engagement in the United States. The competition honors companies that have used effective people strategies to develop successful organizations with highly productive and satisfied workforces. The national rankings recognizes the top 25 small companies (50-250 employees) and the top 25 medium companies (251-999 employees).

This is Root Learning's second consecutive year on the small companies list. Winners are determined through an exhaustive application and evaluation process that ultimately focuses on company culture and employee engagement.
