In 2003, the company signed major multiyear contracts with leading companies such as Circuit City, Kroger, CVS, Best Buy, Albertsons, Raley's and Family Dollar. With these and other client additions, Unicru evaluated 7.6 million job applications in 2003, far exceeding the competition. On a cumulative basis, Unicru has scientifically assessed over 21,000,000 candidates, a number equivalent to 16 percent of the US workforce, for job fit and predicted performance in its client's organizations. Six of the 40 largest US employers now rely on Unicru for workforce selection and optimization.
The company also delivered a major extension of its services with its Total Workforce Acquisition solution supporting the diverse workforce selection processes required to select high performing hourly, professional and managerial employees. The fruit of two acquisitions completed in late 2002 and mid 2003, Unicru's Total Workforce Acquisition solution was named one of HR Executive Magazine's Top Ten Products of 2003 for its innovative technology and has achieved rapid customer acceptance.
