Arthur D. Little reports fifth consecutive year of record growth.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 5, 1996--Arthur D. Little, the international consulting firm, reported its 1995 worldwide revenues exceeded the half a billion dollar mark, representing an increase in growth of 20 percent over 1994.

Worldwide 1995 revenues were $514 million with approximately

60 percent from business outside the United States.

The firm also announced that 1995 was the company's fifth consecutive year of record growth in both net income and revenues. Since 1991, Arthur D. Little has achieved a compounded rate of net income growth of 15 percent per year and share value has nearly doubled, appreciating at an average rate of over 18 percent per year.

Citing the long-term financial trends as "consistent and highly positive confirmations from the marketplace," Charles R. LaMantia, president and chief executive officer, said the firm was on a strategic growth track to surpass a billion dollars in revenue by the year 2000.

The firm also opened twelve offices in 1995, including two in the United States and ten outside of the U.S. Worldwide total workforce increased from 2,700 in 1994 to over 3,000 in 1995.
