Perryman to the management team as General Manager of the DermaFresh Product Division.John Cammarano has been President of AdSouth Partners since March 18, 2004 and has been a director since August 2004. Mr. Cammarano has been a critical driving force behind the development of the DermaFresh product line as well as the expansion of distribution throughout the mass market. With years of experience both in retail sales as well as Direct Response Campaign roll-outs, Mr. Cammarano is poised to lead AdSouth Partners to the next level. He was named CEO by the board of directors, on June 17, 2005 upon the resignation of John P. Acunto, Jr.The Company anticipates that Ms. Perryman's background, which includes senior purchasing positions and merchandising consultancy work within the nation's largest retailer, will further strengthen AdSouth's management team while opening new opportunities gained through her insight and experience in retail sales.

Prior to joining AdSouth Partners, Ms. Perryman, held senior positions with Wal-Mart most recently as a senior buyer for the cosmetic line of products. Ms. Perryman was responsible for managing the sales and profits of the $1 billion line of cosmetic business for Wal-Mart. She will open a new office for the Company in Bentonville, Arkansas, so as to be in close proximity to Wal-Mart, a valued client of the firm. Her background includes more than 17 years working for Wal-Mart, which is recognized as the world's number one retailer, where she ascended through the ranks gaining valuable experience across multiple product divisions.
