Allyis Continues Growth with New Hires and Q3 Earnings Results; Company Hires 21 IT...

BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Allyis today announced significant growth with third quarter financial results and the hiring of 21 new employees, including Paul Moye as senior business development manager and Kristy Law as an executive consultant and charitable giving director. Allyis, the rapidly emerging

employer of choice for technical professionals, manages Web and technology personnel for medium to large enterprises and government agencies in the Pacific Northwest.

Allyis' financial results for its fiscal 2005 third quarter which ended September 30, 2005, include a quarterly revenue of more than $7.1 million. Net growth increased 33.77 percent compared to the third quarter in 2004. In addition, Allyis posted a 111.4% annual growth rate to move up 23 spots from 2004 to claim the number 54 ranking in the recently announced Puget Sound Business Journal's list of the 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in Washington.

"We're in an industry where it's easy, and unfortunately too widely accepted, to simply treat employees like commodities. But we have long believed there is a better way to succeed at this business, a way to serve our clients and still provide an excellent place to work and far above average attention to our employees and their families," said Richard Law, President and CEO, Allyis. "I'm especially pleased by our record of strong growth because to me it's proof that -- our philosophy of turning a large chunk of our profits back into showing our employees we legitimately care about them and their careers while delivering excellent service and attention to our clients really works and makes everyone more successful. You don't get 100+% growth by just saying you care."

100 Employees and Growing

In August 2005, Allyis hired its hundredth employee, Content Manager Dan McCorriston, and continues to grow at an accelerating pace with an additional 32 employees hired in September and October 2005 alone.

Paul Moye joins Allyis as a senior business development manager where he is responsible for account management, business intelligence, and the Microsoft vendor program strategy. Moye joins Allyis from Microsoft Corp. where he spent more than 10 years in various roles ranging from Office technical product management to U.S. partner marketing infrastructure strategy.

"Allyis is such a phenomenal place to work because it is comprised of incredibly bright and creative people who are empowered, supported, and truly care about producing great results," said Paul Moye, Senior Business Development Manager. "I chose to join Allyis because I recognized the impressive and genuine sense of community the company has. I wanted to be a part of that and to be a part of growing this company further. I'm truly excited by how Allyis does business and what we have the potential to achieve."

Kristy Law also returned to Allyis as an executive consultant and as charitable giving director. She is responsible for developing and implementing Allyis' charitable giving program focused on Pacific Northwest agencies that support families, community health and welfare. Prior to this position, Law spent three years as a technical consultant for Allyis and was an early Allyis employee holding various roles in customer service and as a database developer.

Allyis is currently hiring for approximately an additional 35 positions including developers, software engineers, testers, application developers, project managers, marketing managers, and business analysts. In addition to the positions currently open, the company expects to add more than 70 positions in 2006.
