Earnings Grow for Chattanooga, Tenn.-Based Shopping-Center Company.

Jul. 25--CBL & Associates Properties Inc. reported Thursday that earnings grew in its second ...uarter as the Chattanooga-based shopping center company had improved occupancy at its properties.

In addition, the company said retailers are seeing a better outlook for the rest of the year.

"In ongoing discussions with retailers ..., we have found they are positive about their expansion plans for the year and going forward," said Charles B. Lebovitz, CBL's chair
