Thai Petroleum Firm's Creditors Suspend Working Capital Lines.

Apr. 23--Creditors of Thai Petrochemical Industry (TPI) yesterday suspended working capital facilities following Tuesday's court ruling to remove Effective Planners Ltd (EPL) as the company's rehabilitation plan administrator.

"In view of the change of plan administrator, today the working capital lines provided by certain creditors ... were suspended until the appointment of an acceptable plan administrator," a statement from TPI's creditors' committee said.
