Oct. 22--Local hotels are already singing the praises of Fantasy Fest as the week nears its fun-filled climax.
"It's the 25th anniversary, and there will be a lot of silver linings in the budgets of hotels this season," beamed Peter Ilchuk, president of the Lodging Association of the Florida Keys and Key West.
