Digital China Released 2001-02 Annual Results

CHINA, Jun 11, 2002 (AsiaPort via COMTEX) -- On June 6, 2002, Digital China Holdings Limited today announced its audited annual results for the year ended 31 March 2002.

The Group's turnover for 2001/02 amounted to HK$10.52 billion, representing an increase of 23% from last year's HK$8.57 billion. Profit attributable to shareholders rose 21% to HK$171 million, compared to HK$142 million a year ago. Earnings per share recorded HK20.4 cents. The Board of Directors recommended a
