Gold Bridge second-largest shareholder of UDA, BUSINESS TIMES

GOLD Bridge Engineering & Construction Bhd has indirectly emerged as
the second-largest shareholder in government-owned property developer UDA
Holdings Bhd via its 100 per cent acquisition of Landas Utama Sdn Bhd.

Analysts tracking the counter contend that the deal is expected to
significantly contribute to the company's future revenue stream.
"We see the move by Gold Bridge to acquire UDA as synergistic and
should strengthen the company's earnings. The company currently has in
hand three major
